These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the e28et platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and e28et ("we", "us", "the Platform", "e28et") governing your access to and use of the e28et website, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support features made available through e28et.net and any associated domains or subdomains.

By accessing e28et, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the e28et platform. e28et reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be accessible on this page, identified by the date shown above.

3Eligibility

To open and maintain an e28et account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited on e28et. Age verification may be requested at any time.
  • You must be accessing e28et voluntarily, of your own free will, and for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of e28et services is not permitted without prior written consent.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have a voluntary exclusion in place that covers online gambling platforms. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by opening a new account at e28et.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity in the use of e28et. Account sharing is prohibited. The account must be used only by the registered account holder.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

e28et reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend access while that verification is pending. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by e28et support may result in permanent account closure.

Age Restriction: The minimum age to hold an e28et account is 21 years. This is a hard limit, not a guideline. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance held within the account will be returned minus any winnings generated while the account was active. e28et takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will report suspected underage access to the relevant authorities.

4Account Registration and Verification

Each person may register only one account on e28et. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other individual. At the time of registration, you agree to provide and maintain the following accurate information:

  • A valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier. This number must be one that you own and control, and it must be the number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
  • Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (NID) or passport. Your name on e28et must match the name on the payment wallet used for transactions. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
  • Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. e28et may request a copy of your NID, birth certificate, or other government-issued document to verify your age.
  • A unique password that is not shared with any other service and is kept confidential by you at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy by completing registration. Completing registration constitutes acceptance of all three documents.

e28et may conduct enhanced due-diligence checks (KYC) at any point during your use of the platform, particularly when you first request a withdrawal, when your cumulative deposit total reaches certain thresholds, or when e28et's fraud detection systems flag a potential anomaly on your account. You must cooperate with all KYC requests promptly. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on e28et are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). e28et supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all payment activity on the platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by e28et, though your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits, which you are responsible for managing.
  • Deposits credited to your e28et account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. e28et is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider's processing systems.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed by e28et's payments team. Standard withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 24 hours of the request being approved. e28et reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving large withdrawals.
  • The name on your e28et account must match the registered name on the mobile wallet used for the withdrawal. Payments to wallets registered under a different name will not be processed. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
  • e28et does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may charge its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Always check your wallet provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.
  • Any deposit that cannot be credited to your account due to a technical error or wallet processing issue must be reported to e28et support within 72 hours of the attempted transaction, along with documentary evidence of the transfer (e.g., a screenshot of the wallet transaction confirmation).

e28et does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a mobile wallet registered in your own name and linked to your verified e28et account. Third-party deposits detected by e28et will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

e28et offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and free spins are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

  • Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. You must complete the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
  • Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account without replacement or compensation.
  • Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible account, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotion constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts involved being permanently closed.
  • e28et reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice if it is determined that a promotion is being abused, manipulated, or exploited through coordinated betting patterns, syndicate play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
  • Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds (not cash) and are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms state that free spin winnings are credited as real money. Always read the individual promotion terms before claiming a free spin offer.

e28et does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus or promotion to any particular player. Promotions may be targeted to specific player segments based on location, activity level, deposit history, or other criteria. Being an eligible account holder does not guarantee entitlement to any specific bonus.

7Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e28et and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time the breach is discovered:

  • Opening or operating more than one e28et account, whether under your own name or under a false identity. This includes using a family member's or friend's identity to open additional accounts.
  • Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit weaknesses in the platform's odds-setting or bonus systems.
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering. e28et complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with e28et's support team or compliance processes.
  • Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch, or system vulnerability on the e28et platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured. e28et must be notified of any discovered technical errors immediately.
Consequences: Where prohibited conduct is detected, e28et reserves the right to void all bets placed by the offending account during the period of the breach, to confiscate all funds held in the account, and to permanently ban the account holder from the platform. e28et may also share information about the breach with other gaming platforms and relevant authorities where required by law.

8Account Suspension and Closure

e28et may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, in addition to any of the prohibited conduct situations described in Section 7:

  • The account holder requests closure via a written request to e28et support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder's registered wallet.
  • The account is flagged as inactive. An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. e28et will notify the account holder via the registered mobile number before applying an inactivity closure.
  • e28et's compliance team determines that the account was opened or operated in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to age restriction violations, identity fraud, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
  • A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requires that the account be suspended or closed. e28et will comply with all lawful orders and instructions from competent authorities.

Where an account is closed by e28et due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any player breach (for example, a business decision to cease operating in a particular market), any real-money balance will be returned to the account holder in full.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the e28et platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of e28et or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e28et platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any e28et content.

The brand name e28et, the e28et logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the proprietary marks of e28et. Unauthorised use of any e28et trademark — including in any domain name, social media handle, or marketing material — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action. Players may not represent themselves as affiliated with, employed by, or acting on behalf of e28et without express written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e28et's liability to any player is limited as follows:

  • e28et is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, regardless of whether e28et was advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • e28et is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or other technical problems that are outside e28et's reasonable control. Players are advised to maintain stable internet connections when placing bets on time-sensitive markets.
  • e28et is not liable for the content, security, or practices of any third-party website that may be linked from the e28et platform. The inclusion of any link does not constitute e28et's endorsement of the linked website or its operator.
  • Where e28et is found to be directly liable for a specific loss caused by a proven platform error, e28et's maximum liability to the affected player is limited to the amount of the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the error occurred, or the value of the specific wager affected by the error, whichever is lower.

11Privacy and Data Protection

e28et collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at /privacy-policy.

e28et uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your financial information — including your mobile wallet number and transaction history — is stored securely and is never shared with unauthorised third parties. e28et does not sell player data to advertisers or marketing agencies.

12Responsible Gaming Commitment

e28et is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all e28et account holders at no charge via the account settings panel after login:

Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality checks at configurable intervals, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent) are all available within your account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion by any other means. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, e28et will provide notice to registered account holders via the mobile number on file, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the e28et website, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the e28et platform after amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page and is identified by the last-updated date shown at the top.
